Ugh, no thanks. It's the same canned response we see on your Facebook page. I am winding down my installation time with you, and, believe it or not, will probably pay more for a slower line with Vumatel and someone else (Cool Ideas probably).
Today, the ONT stayed up but our Internet dropped. Restart everything, all good. Green lights on the stupid thing but no connectivity. I gave up in November logging calls as it happened so often.
You're not even fixing the problem, and constantly patching your network environment sends the wrong message.
