Has someone gone through the Consumer Protection Act to see if something can be done about these guys?
Don't think it would solve our issue since some don't have a fallback provider in their area but giving them a deserved scare might wake them up

Summerstrand no power since Friday 1:30pm
Frogfoot lasted 7 hours which is quite good (They resolved/removed the Summerstrand outage last night on status page randomly)
Interesting that Openserve is still running, 46 hours later probably thanks to generators at the exchange
I in no way expect more than a few hours backup on a consumer product, just making an observation

FF did actually deploy a generator but had to get approval first because of the node location.

Impressed that they made the effort though, we had the cell companies liaising to bring in their generators, up 15 flights of stairs! ouch
I think the cell companies are only powering the basics due to the small size of generators, I think Voda uses their node here for their FTTH
