Frogfoot Port Elizabeth

In true South African fashion, I'm willing to throw money to turn this issue into a non-issue.

Any suggestions for a good failover LTE deal? Preferably month-to-month in case @Frogfoot Fibre miraculously manage to get their network running as it should within the next year or so.
Are you in rain 5G coverage

Else Afrihost just reduced their Mtn Fixed LTE pricing

I usually use the rain R250 uncapped off-peak to keep me going during business hours, and got MTN/Afrihost fixed-LTE R49 package for evening backup, but will probably need to upgrade the MTN package as the outages are happening a lot lately.

but like you said the other night, MTN slows down during a FF outage, currently getting 10mbps on my MTN.

I have auto-failovoer setup on my mikrotik router, similar to @Leno

No 5G where I am, I don't think, but I'll check again. I've been seeing the Rain 5G placards up on the lamp posts nearby, so maybe they've expanded to our area.

Not tooooo keen on MTN as they go down along with Frogfoot around here :(
