Maintenance Description:Customers are experiencing no internet breakout. Technicians have investigated and discovered that the ONTs connected to random Line Cards are not learning the router mac-addresse. There appears to be a bug on the OLT which prevents random ONTs from learning a mac-address . As this is not affecting everyone this appears to be an anomaly and it is recommended to reboot the OLT as part of the troubleshooting steps.

Just received from my wonderful ISP, VOX. When was maintenance supposed to end again this morning??? Why does it take this lot so long to email re. this issue?
