Frogfoot Port Elizabeth

Good day PhireSide. Thank you for your message. Please note that we are not aware of any issues in your area. Please log a ticket with your ISP in order for us to investigate your issue. Thank you.
Stop posting this - its insulting to the users who clearly have the evidence to prove your network is faulty.

Hiding behind ISPs is oldest trick in the book.

What worries me is they are unaware of the problem as always, and the Xmas network freeze is coming up :/

Think some networks already froze new installs since 3 December to 15 January

Hahahaha...the golden FF move.

"We are not aware of an issue in your area" despite a metric ****-ton of tickets logged, followed by continual denial and a behind the scenes quick fix.

And when you log the ticket with your ISP they tell you they are equally stonewalled.

Lyrics:

A little bit of Packet Loss in my life
A little bit of Latency by my side
A little bit of Instability's all I need
A little bit of Downtime's what I see
A little bit of Buffering in the sun
A little bit of Jitter all night long
A little bit of Network Loop, here I am
A little bit of you makes me your man

There's no issue guys, it's all in our imagination

/s

EDIT: It also feels a bit unfair that we have to bug our respective ISP's every time this happens - it's not as if they can do anything about it? Sure they will escalate to FF but will that change anything?

Latency through the roof again. Cool Ideas in Fernglen.

Screw you, CrapFoot.

Since the FF rep said they cant investigate without tickets from ISP's they clearly dont have their own monitoring systems etc so we have to play their game

I just noticed MTN now has 5g coverage here, eyeing out the uncapped deals, but CGNAT etc makes me *sigh*

This explains why my latency started at 2pm already

I am sure this forms part of the NLD, have seen that ADVA name on the NLD outages
