Frogfoot Port Elizabeth

Just as I cancel my backup Rain solution, the issues crop up again. FFS
 
Openserve better hurry up and finish their installations so I can switch from Frogfoot...
 
Increased latency here

Netwatch states that we had a loss of connectivity as well (1.1.1.2 gets monitored via FF, 1.1.1.3 via Rain):

Experiencing incredibly slow international download speeds since yesterday
 
Frogfoot is the pits. I am trying to get openserve to come into the area I live in. everyone in my area is ready to jump ship from Frogfoot.

That is actually hilarious. As a fibre provider in Port Elizabeth, I think you guys are the people that need assistance as you clearly have no idea what you are doing in this city. I can say with all honesty that even my telkom adsl line back when it was on 4mb was better than the 30mb frogfoot fibre. I WILL be jumping **** as soon as there is an alternative option. Rain is rolling out 5g in my area now so that will be an option, and I am trying to get openserve to roll out fibre, I was part of the team behind getting fibre to the area I lived in previously and I thank god that it was openserve and not frogfoot that decided to come into that area

Are you being serious? Log a ticket for what? it is not just myself that is having a problem, it is EVERYONE in my area that has fibre, the same issue with different isp's. You guys are always "upgrading" the nodes, but your upgrades seem to deteriorate the service even more
