Downloading something from OneDrive tonight. It's odd how it seems to be exactly 256KB/s, almost like there is some throttling involved:unsure:

I think its honestly some load management software/hardware solution that they use when a node reaches saturation. It would make so much sense tbh...

Switch over to VPN: 11Mb/s

You tell me this is not some form of throttling/traffic shaping.
ISP?

Afrihost Pure Fibre is 100% unleashed on my 500Mbps Openserve line. I have to assume issues aren't coming from the ISP level if you're with a solid ISP like Afrihost, Axxess or Cool Ideas.
