Frogfoot Port Elizabeth

Hi all

Anyone else struggling with very erratic connection tonight? Been strange since I got home. Newton Park area

How is the connection now? You may share traceroute, speedtests or pingplotter results.

We had some issues and it has been resolved. It was for the Sunnydale OLT

Currently fine again thanks.

Sunday afternoon around 4:30pm we had loads of frogfoot connectivity problems which stretched to all neighbourhoods in George.

I'm not going to be at my desk a lot this week in the evenings, but maybe someone else can post screenshots of packetloss as I'm certain it's area wide.

We have had a chat with FF and it has been sorted out.
A fix has been applied for both Eastern and Western Cape clients.

Anyone in Lorraine area on FF that can ping some EU/UK servers for me? My ping is around 180 on WebAfrica, wondering if switching ISPs will help at all. Here are the IPs:

180ms is high, I get less than 155ms to those IPs on Cool Ideas. What does a traceroute look like from your side?

My first night at the new house, and no fibre because Frogfoot seem incapable of activating the line timeously. Awesome stuff.
