Frogfoot Port Elizabeth

Yes and they sure as hell charge you the same no matter if you are getting a sub standard service.

Frogfoot/Blitz fibre always blamed the ISP though the problem was with them all along.

I've been back and forth with frogfoots COO and Operations manager and according to their operations manager , he told me "The provisional window is 3 months, however may be possibly shorter" but i still find it unacceptable that we have to pay so much money every month to not get the best performance possible at all times.

Blitz fibre originally installed the fibre in our complex and extorted money from the residents charging R1300 a month for 50/50mbps and this was signed for by the clueless bodycorp for a term of 3 years.

Luckily Blitz was forced to migrate to Frogfoot and at least the price came down.

For the past six months Frogfoot had upstream capacity problems and giving me the run around why my connection could not be routed via Cape Town blaming my ISP.

I still say Frogfoot should stop digging trenches and signing up new customers until they can get their **** together.

I am getting rubbish speeds today.

5 down and 7 up on a 100/100 line. (MyBB speedtest)

Edit: Speedtest.net shows 27/21 to CT. 31/28 to Jhb. 23/20 to London. Eish.

Not too impressed. Unsure if this is with the ISP (Vox) or FF.

Anybody else having the same issues?

yes I 100% agree. Well they happily decided to route me through a different route to cape town, so instead of 10 ms to CPT I'm sitting at 25-28 ms to CPT alone, nevermind the added latency to jHB

I have decided to move flat to an area where I dont have to use Frogfoot, I still have my old connection, but will be cancelling soon.

I work the whole day online for an overseas company, cant be offline during load shedding etc
