Moved to fibre after suffering a cable issue which Openserve was "investigating" - I gave up on the 3rd day and got Axxess to upgrade me. This was on a Thursday.

The very next day, a Friday, Vumatel came around to my house, but I was not home. They rescheduled for the Tuesday morning hooked me up and got me running after about 1.5 hrs.
