Frogfoot Port Elizabeth

I switched my upstream DNS from Cloudflare to Google again, so let's hope it improves from what it was before:

I recently switched from Adsl to fibre (Frogfoot-Axxess) on tuesday and i get more dc'es than i did with adsl. Is this normal?

I am in rowallan park, last link down was 2 days ago , past 30 days dropped 7 times
 
Anyone else's fibre down in Lorraine?

Mine has been off since this morning.
 
Is there an ETA on when these issues in Lorraine will be rectified? (FrogFoot fibre)

100+ ping on speed tests and local servers and it just becomes worse in the evenings.
