There was a break in connection at around 10:15, a large spike at around 12:30 and I see the latency went up slightly at around 13:15:

Just an update the issue I had with international streaming was due to my cloud provider.

Things seems to have improved since the backhaul upgrade.

Good question will try find out, the new capacity is still temporary so then going with a double up might eat that up quickly.
