I received the following for all the circuits we logged for PE FTTH that had errors during the night and this morning.

The formating is crap as its the way FF sent it to us.

time: 2020-10-23 06:00AM- Impact stop time: 2020-10-23 06:46AM What network
area did the fault take place on:- NLD between Port Elizabeth and Cape Town.
What remedy was applied:- Change was completed and the links stabilized. Kindly
be advised should there be any further queries with regards to the fault,
information can be provided by logging a new request by sending a mail to
[email protected], or contacting a Support Supervisor to discuss the RFO.

This month has been terrible..expecting me to pay R1000+ when this month it's been down more then up constant issues.......
 
I never in my life thought I would say that LTE is better than Fibre, but in the case of FrogFoot & Mouth - it is.

What a rubbish service.
