Cant go a week without FrogFoot instability. Would have thought the price increase would have stabilized their network.
Can more people in the Western suburbs please fill in the interested for fibre on the Openserve site.

I'd love to know how we cannot have a stable connection for at least 24hrs. It's been down again for the last few minutes and counting.

Can Frogfoot please investigate and let us know what's up? Surely this is not normal? We are disconnecting every few minutes / hours.

You are using the line wrong. Should be taking a break every hour in any case

Mine went off around 5:20am. The service and broadband lights on the ONT are off.

Off here too, same problem as last time when we had load shedding.

If it comes on just after 6AM then it’s related to that issue again.

Anyone in Lorraine down?

Not too far away.

Wasn't a problem then but today it's still working, but not optimally.

For example, couldn't complete a speedtest a bit earlier and VPN loses connection a few seconds after each attempt.

This website loading pages slowly & You Tube also battled to earlier when I last checked it.

Hopefully @Frogfoot Fibre will manage to sort it out soon.
