Fuel consumption

Volvo XC60 T6 235KW with Polestar upgrade (but i'm driving it in Eco)

Geez guy, that's good for that power. I have 118kw and get just under 8l/100. That's really not bad.

Those Subaru WRX drivers must be sweating hahaha. When its not the fuel bill its the cost to fix the tyres. They like to wear out on the edges.

easily 25 to 30L per 100km :confused:o_O:rolleyes: . Worst i got was on my sti a few months back 195Km to a full tank 63L tank.Must be because i "upgraded" to a big fuel pump , as iam going with a new turbo setup

3.2 ranger, scary how much more fuel it uses over the 2.2

Need a bit of advice.

Have mixed half of 93 and half of 95 in my Corolla. I now get 100kms to 200kms extra out of a full tank (40l).

Not sure if it is worth it, or if it is good for the engine.

Engine rarely is pushed past 3500rpm, just puttering around at 100km/h on the highway.

Normally I would get anything from 450kms (driving lead-footed) up to 500kms (driving sensibly) on 40l.

Any comments on this?

Huh, how does a Hilux break down?
Yesterday in Bellville, clearly these pieces of **** do break down. 20221006_084528.jpg
Uhm Hiluxes dont break. What on earth did you do? Its like Rolls Royce before.

A friend of mine had one, it broke one day, called Rolls Royce. They picked up the car, got the part from the UK and dropped the fixed car at him. He waited a month but didnt get the final bill which they said they would send him. So he called them and they had no knowledge of his car or that they fixed it. The mechanic simply said "Roll Royces dont break down, so no way we couldve fixed it, nor could you get the bill for fixing them".
