Hi folks,
Has anybody picked one of these up as yet? What is your opinion of it? I got mine while in the UK this Dec and just got everything up and running. I was using Deconz with a Combee II stick and unfortunately, I had to re-pair all my Zigbee sensors and with that came some renaming of entity IDs so I spent last night fixing all my automations and now everything is working as expected. I'm using ZHA for now although Zigbee2MQTT looks pretty sweet!
Deconz was pretty stable and I was happy with it, but there were odd times when a signal from a sensor didn't make it to HA, so during the next few weeks as I live with my connected home with the new coordinator in place, I'll pay special attention to this and report back.
I flashed my Combee II stick with the Thread border router firmware for Matter over Thread and lets just say that pairing a Thread device (Ikea BILRESA) didn't go well at all. Thankfully, it has Zigbee support as well so went that route for now.
