The issue was affecting everybody but has since been resolved on Saturday.
Since the upgrade I am going nicely. International still not at max speed but streaming netflix at 1080 no issues, while the wife is on instagram so happy enough
Why is Greencom so expensive compared to other providers on MetroFibre
If you look at the 10Mbps package
Greencom R684 a month and installation of R1710
Cool ideas R649 and installation R500
FireStream R579 installation R570
Seems like not only monthly they are more than others but their installation is way more expensive.
What speed line did you take?
Does greencom still use metrofibre and DFA?
Feeling a bit frustrated this weekend. My fibre is down and I have no real way to get hold of support as the tel is only in office hours. I saw some work guys with what looked like fibre cable in 2 different places along the road in Sunninghill. Are they doing maintenance? Is this why its down?
