Well I am probably their biggest critic.
And yes, not without reason. But lately I have found them much more accommodating.
When you have a problem with your service, take it up with the local agent. Make sure you have your facts straight.
Name calling releases frustration but when you call someone a "masterbater" (?) he's much less inclined to try and sort your problem out. But I understand the feeling. The point is, try and be decent when voicing your complaint.
And be persistent. Don't stop moaning and bitching until your getting the service you are paying for. It’s your right.
It has been a long journey with GWI and a rocky one at that. But at last something is being done now and I am optimistic that it'll have a positive outcome.
If you don't get joy from whomever you've been speaking to then speak to his boss. I often felt like driving to Lonehill. But voicing complaints on a forum like this is sometimes the last/only way of getting the right attention.
Hopefully I'll soon be totally sorted out. Can't wait.
