Pls can someone give me info on Dianabol.......
What it's used for? Is it an over the counter drug? Side effects? Anything else?
I'm not going into detail, just looking for this info.

Thanks

Oral steroid for muscle and strength gains.
Definitely not over the counter. It is designer steroid if I remember correctly.

Side effects include liver toxicity, raised blood pressure and lots of water retention.

Lots of beginner steroid users kick start their cycle with this and a testosterone base.

That is all I gathered from the bits I've read about it over time. Don't think it is a recommended female steroid at all.

Somebody else more knowledgeable will hopefully chip in.

Not available OTC
Oral steroid
Assists with rapid mass gain, medium strength gains
Lots of "wet weight gains" , meaning heavy water retention during cycle
Aromatizes in most individuals meaning you will have to control estrogen during the cycle usually with a medium strength AI and sometimes by using a SERM
Short half life so requires multiple doses throughout the day
Suppressive to natural testosterone production so will require a PCT

Very popular anabolic steroid which has drastic results and is common for kick starting an injectable cycle

Personal opinion is there are better ways to get to your goals over using Dbol but it remains hugely popular
If you have further information as to what you are trying to achieve I can try offer some assistance.

I have tried the Evolve Nutrition Tri-Whey and Supplements SA Pure Whey proteins.

The Tri-Whey was pretty decent but I was very disappointed specifically in the Eskimo Pie flavour.
For the price its a solid protein. I have also followed the guys on Instagram for a few years and I like how they showed their manufacturing and communicated with their audience(However small it might have been). I would buy it again but I bought 12KG of USN on a 3 for 2 Dischem special and still getting through that.
Check out supplementworld.co.za as they have it on special at the moment for R399.

The supplements SA Pure Whey taste was ok(Think it was a belgian chocolate flavour, cant find it now), but it really messed with my stomach. I stopped taking it because of the stomach stuff.
What I find very concerning is that I remember being excited because it contained over 80g of protein / 100g. Now looking at your post I see its dropped to 73.3g.
So thinking I was confusing products from Supplements SA, I did some digging and found an old label and it was in fact over 80g, and was in fact 83.3g.
20664527_1249808058462916_2226911680257710175_n.jpg
And now with the new rebranded labelling its dropped even further to 69g/100: https://www.chromesa.co.za/products/ssa-pure-whey-3kg?variant=29707561435235

So I have 2 theories:
1: Either they got more strict/caught out with labeling and started doing it correctly. Meaning it was always a poor product and that annoys me because I always want to support the local guys.
2: The ingredients are getting more expensive and to stay in that specific market/price point, they have lowered the protein content.

As for NPL, I see them advertised all over the place, and I just havent tried them because they seem more expensive than other brands. I definitely want to give them a try sometime.

Awesome, thanks for the detailed post :) Prices are good on supplementworld I see!

Xtreme Nutrition has Birthday Cake flavour (sales guy recommended this) but supplementworld does not have it. Which flavour would you recommend out of Caramel Fudge, Cream Soda or Milk & Cookies?

If I give NPL a shot then I will try get a mate or 2 to buy with me in the 3 for 2 Dischem special, or I may just get 1 x 2kg, as I have wicode vouchers I can use there.

Unfortunately I havent tried any other flavour than eskimo pie.
I think supplementworld has the older branding which is why they don't have birthday cake flavour and why its on special, think they clearing out for new branding.
Maybe just get the birthday cake flavour from xtreme nutrition. Its only R50 more. That would be my choice.

If you try NPL please give feedback on the flavour and consistency.

4kgs for R540

I bought the NPL whey 'Malted Milk Choc' from Dischem yesterday at R499 (usual price R549), supposedly it won't be offered on the buy 2 get 1 free special next weekend starting 27 Sep, but I'm going to wait before opening it in case it is on further special next weekend. Or maybe even go for the 2x2kg deal for R539 posted by bro-da above.

Would love to know what that NPL tastes like.

As for the SSA Pure Whey, seeing that 4KG for R540 just reinforces my thought that they have diminished the product quality to stay competitive in the market, I wont be trying that product at all.

It looks like the NPL will be at R499.95 for 2kg until 20 October and it's excluded from the upcoming sale this weekend as it's 'advertised' in the online brochure linked below. Will let you once I've opened it and tasted it.

For the NPL Platinum Whey, on the front of the container it lists isolate, concentrate and hydrolysate, in that specific order giving the impression that the isolate is the main type of whey, but in the list of ingredients concentrate is listed first therefore that would be the major ingredient. This seems a bit misleading on NPL's part, or does it not really matter which of the 3 types of whey is the main ingredient?

Ingredients: Triad Protein System: Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Hydrolysate, Flavouring, Milk Solids, Stabilisers, Salt, Lecithin, Anti-Caking Agent, Maltodextrin, Non-Nutritive Sweetener (Sucralose), Digestive Enzyme Blend, Vitamin Premix, Colourants.

we are in the modren world so we should not take any risks with our life
we should order from approved once like Crazy Bulk
search google
read reviews
then look into it

Posting same message I did in your other stupid thread

You must be joking. Just a look at the listed ingredients is pure junk. And expensive junk as that.
Using slightly changed names of AAS products is misleading and just plain stupid.

There is no quick, safe supplement that will do what AAS does without the side effects

It's a spam post, looks like it was reported and deleted?

Did my first taste test of the NPL whey 'Malted Milk Choc' (bear in mind I'm certainly not an expert), dished out about 4 semi-heaped tablespoons (coudn't be bothered to dig around inside the container for the proper scoop) into a mug and added water, stirred quite a bit with a tea spoon but i notice it clumps up a bit, reminds me of Optimum Nutrition in terms of taste and consistency (but i may be mis-remembering here as it's been years since i had ON).

It's decent, it's not too sweet and i prefer the taste of it to Evox 100% Whey Advanced which i found too sweet. I worked through 3.2kg of the Evox over a few months, averaging around 2 scoops max per week as I've only been gyming once or a week on average for the last year.

The sweetener in the NPL is sucralose, whereas in the Evox it's sucralose and acesulfame k.

Did they not include a scoop in the protein?

Eat your proteins, a supplement is just that, a extra, a addon.

If you're going for mass, you've got to eat and train like you mean it. No amount of powder is going to change the way mother nature programmed your body. Aim to feel strong, looking strong is a nice side effect.

If you have to supplement, do your research, premium supplies = premium results.

Learn why things work, and how your body wants to be trained. Are you a short oke? Hit them lunges and Romanian Deadlifts for legs. Are you a tall fellow? Train lats and midsection like a boss.

Wanna look like Thor or Kaptein Amerika, 2 years of training 5 times a week, will get you in the ballpark.

Your wife / gf will thank you, and you'll look great in a suit.
