Gyming And Supplements

So OP wants to change from a round shape to some other physical shape.
I would agree with most, hard work and no shortcuts. Hard work not necessarily only in the gym, running, swimming, other body busting sport- squash is good

Are you just missing the point I was trying to make or being intentionally difficult?
FYI, do you know what the most recommended and utilized anabolic steroid is? Testosterone...last time I checked, it was not illegal. It is prescribed to hundreds of thousands if not millions of men for TRT / HRT.
Is it illegal to elevate your levels for sport, yes. Is it abused, definitely. But testosterone is not illegal but I suspect it could be if not used for medical reasons.

Im not going to re-hash the conversation regarding managing side effects. If you read what i said, everything has potential side effects, some of them are extreme, for example some acne medication can cause severe depression, some medication can cause clots, cancer etc. The point I was making is that everything has side effects, some people get them, some dont, if you are choosing to engage in something you should understand the risks and manage these side effects.
You mentioned gyno, how many body builders and gym goes using AAS have gyno, not that many, because they managed the side effects. They understand what the substances are doing and control this.
I see you are jumping from one point to another, still struggling to backup your small penis statement?

We at least agree that the OP needs to recognize the side effects and should focus on proper training. No comment on my recommendations? Seems like you were trying to be argumentative without reading the whole thread and expecting me to tell him to pin and tablet up until he grows like a weed and tanks his liver.
Sorry to disappoint, what you read on the internet and your generalizations dont translate into the real world

In any case, this conversation with you is not productive. I cant even say agree to disagree because Im not really sure what your point is besides "steroids are going to ruin your life and are the worst things on the planet". I wonder if you are this passionate about alcohol and drug use.
So lets call it quits and go back on topic?
Honestly if you saw my post's on drugs and alcohol your might retract that statement none the less on this thread its about anabolic , also you are very aware and accept the side effects So i can't really say agree to disagree since we both agree on many things (maybe not in severity), but if you noticed the op kept saying their isn't any, There is a difference between knowing and accepting the risks as you seem to do and the op who outright denies any risks.

Also i didn't mention gyno think that was another forumite

My bad, I did mix up some of your posts with another forumite posts.

Not really what he said at all, he was just explaining how the process works. More sex also wont really fix the issue, PCT and responsible usage will assist greatly in helping the body recover. Is it a good idea to take steroids without being given a medical reason, probably not. Will it ruin your life if you do it properly, probably not.
Very similar to narcotics, the stigma around steroid use is around misinformation.

You can do both ''responsibly'' - if there is such a thing as a responsible narcotics use - but both can and do harm your body long-term, so merely putting their bad reps down as misinformation is a lie.

There is a reason why the WWE clamped hard on steroid use as a part of their Wellness Program. They had guys going off the rails and dying at young ages because of what they were doing to their bodies. The WWF/E throughout the 80s and early 00s was the poster boy of what happens to a person when drugs and steroids are indulged.

Steroids are not to be taken lightly. If you do not know what you are doing you are going to mess yourself up down the line.

95% kitchen, 5% gym. Eat better. You take supplements if you can't get what you need with a proper diet. That's they they're called "supplements".

If you want to lose weight, you have to constantly consume less calories than you're burning. If you're eating less and you're still not losing weight, you're not eating less enough, or you're not burning the same amount of calories as before.

Anabolics are not an answer for weight loss.

To the op sometimes you actually cant lose the love handles.you can just make them less visible and more toned, checkout gregg caviller youtube channel on that.i guess op checked out. wonder if he took the roids or not.

If you're still stuck, try fasting for a few weeks. Nothing between dinner time and say 10am as a start. Have some tea with honey if you have the habit of eating when you wake up. Water as required, room temperature is optimal.

You'll be surprised how your appetite disappears and how much you learn about what hunger really feels like. You can then take this knowledge as motivation in whatever you do going forward.

Agree with the sentiments of hard work and take heed of what you eat. The body is resistant to change and does not like change, so you have to put in regular exercise sessions to see any benefits over time. The key is consistency.

Thanks for the advice but i'm not the op. i was just curious as to what happened to him, maybe his back in India.
But if anyone got a weighted vest they want to get rid of let me know.lets chat.
