Fetched from local post office, but got a notice in the mail that my second order is stuck at Cape hub - need to send customs the invoice and all sorts of nonsense :[

Just curious. Did you pay VAT etc? I had to pay about R70 on my mine.

I looked at that, and rather decided to go with a different one.

Went wit this one instead:

Reason for that is, the Beelink X2 supports the DSTV Now app, which very few of these android boxes support. In my books, that extra $3 well spent.

Sadly, it currently sits in JHB at JIMC since the 3rd September, though it says in transit today so maybe it will be at Cape Mail hub on Tuesday, then another 1-2 weeks before I get it.

Yes very old card machines ,I normally need to swipe my chip and pin card lol

Don't even talk, at Capemail hub they had to swipe mine with paper over it to make it work. Hilarious.

When I went for my learners the time before last they wouldn't even take cards. We had to search to draw some cash first.

I bought something for $18 on banggood. That was less than a week ago. For some reason it was sent by DHL from Canada and arrived in SA today.

Am sure courier charges for anything are higher than $17

$25 minimum in my experience for shipping from the US.

Get the Vaseline ready.

Like when I wanted to buy that 4 Pound Raspberry Pi Zero from the UK and they wanted to charge me 25 pounds shipping!
Needless to say, that order got cancelled post haste.
