You would have been better off going to a backyard mechanic in Marabastad.
Just in time.. the Parts leftover from the add new motor...
Keep in mind the "new" motor supplied was only a Motor there are not Extra Casings, cover nothing just a motor...
please view with caution, I would not view this video if your car is currently parked or undergoing a service from R595 at a CAR SERVICE CITY Franchise...near you...

TBH, I would spend the money and get all the "spare" parts and get that engine actually checked out...
I would be very surprised if it needed to be replaced at all, at least not until they had completely fscked it up.

This thread is difficult to follow. What was wrong with the vehicle in the first place?

Probably would've done a better job yourself... blind folded.![]()
I really do wish you the best and can only imagine the ***** you are going through. I once took my Polo to them for a service and had a really bad experince not as bad as yours but they also fuscked up bigtime.

See the above link of previous threads regarding car service city, warn everyone you can about these b@stards and hopefully one day they will go bankrupt.
All the best I hope you get those fusckers.
At least your battery is the same one you had before. And if its not, its a new one.
