I have googled this to death, and now I am lost

3 PC's
Wired into Telkom ADSL router
2 different isp's...M-Web & Imagine
Outlook 2003 and Outlook Express
Mail send configured to relevant isp's SMTP gateways
Straight connection to relevant isp's (No route sentry type apps)
No mail out unless under 10k

Suddenly from yesterday I can't send any mail from any accounts, using outlook or express, on any of the 3 PC's. Router reset to default so killed any customizations and passwords.

M-Web clueless, Telkom even more so (Not surprised), and wouldn't even try to talk to imagine

Please may any of you have any idea what the hellkom is going on. Can't see it as an isp issue due to multiple connections....router I don't think so....Hellkom would be wierd to block outgoing on SMTP or limit files sizes.

So in fact it sends and receives mail (just doesn't send bigger than 10k?)

You likely have a maximum size mailsetting somewhere in your email application (I don't use outlook but I do have such a setting in mine.)

Mmmm

Suddenly from yesterday I can't send any mail from any accounts, using outlook or express, on any of the 3 PC's. Router reset to default so killed any customizations and passwords.

Where is your mail stored? Are you sure you don't just have full mailboxes on the server?
