That hop 3 on local look a bit dodgy - Uhmm... I think there may be an issue with your WA account, cause your exchange looks perfect to me (7ms is brilliant).

How does it perform with another ISP's free account? Afrihost Free GB or Axxess or something else :P

My best guess is that there is something wrong with the account :( How does it look when you use an account from a different ISP? Afrihost/Axxess/Vox have free GB options :)

I hope I did not give the wrong impression .. there's nothing seriously wrong with my Telkom ISP 4Mbps connection. I was just trying your app.
Re: the trying a different ISP .. I'd be too scared to change any of my current ADSL router (a Billion 400G) settings, in case I mess up and have no connectivity.

- Added new LineTool, which basically pings a specific IP for 30 counts. This IP will usually be the second hop on the tracert, so to see whether there are any lines issues over a prolonged period of time.
- Changed DiagnosticsTool file links, as the old ones are about to expire.

Is it possible to include the instructions to run a trace route to the preferred site and add -h in the command, maybe 3 hops?
You can maybe make it 2 hops as most experience guys that run a modem and router will know how to execute ping anyhow, without resorting to your tool.

Let that display on the screen and the user can then see the relevant IP address?
Then it might be easier for noobs to get the exchange IP address?

Else these things usually will fix themselves by the morning. Maybe wait it out and report a fault tomorrow if it doesn't come right :)
