High IQ roommates wanted :)

hmm...might be interested & I seem to meet all the requirements (except High IQ...unfortunately I'm stupid as a rock :p).

This part worries me though:
Lynnwood Ridge
Lynnwood Road - 8.4km - 14min
N4 - 10.6km - 16min
N1 and Lynnwood Road - 11.9km - 16min
The decimal precision suggests you measured it...yet if it were measured then the distances wouldn't be off by a factor of 2+. No point in Lynnwood Ridge fulfills those criteria even remotely to my knowledge. Those roads are roughly adjacent to Lynnwood Ridge on 3 sides & its only 2-3km across so short of driving around the block half a dozen times you'll never travel 11.9 km to reach them.

Real high IQ people cannot even dress properly nor feed themselves. Tis the chosen ones I require.
And what exactly would these hypothetical "real high IQ people" be required for aside from not annoying you & paying? :p

Sounds like a good deal. Bored rich dude seeks companionship. Forced sodomy in the basement NOT optional.

At least the place isn't on the Bryntirion Estate. Then I'd know this was a scam..no chance of high IQ people there.

Personally I think EQ is a better measure of a persons ability to relate to others. I deal with "high" IQ people daily and I would rather pull out my finger nails than live with most of them...:D

Those are distances to the University of Pretoria btw.

Does a fridge count? :D

Interesting concept, but you'll require a De-humidifier to keep the servers dry ... and space inside a fridge is always limited ...
might need to drop the server chassis and drill a few holes to get power in ... interesting ...
and it will need a beer holder! :D

Want to see smart?

I'll stay there for free and make sure enough woman pass through that house at such a rate the neigbours will think it's a brothel :D

All this talk of servers and cooling makes me think that you miss-understand the function of this basement. It certainly holds an entertainment value of sorts. If you like running away from a lunatic with a chainsaw.
And anyway, a fridge would not keep the body parts fresh. It would need to be a few chest freezers.... I know a guy

I have an idea...sell your place, move to Joburg and I'll move in.

@OP, I was at Tuks at the same time as you. Finished a BIS (hons) in 2004. I'm sure you remember my mate Brian. He was an assistant lecturer in the department.

Anyways, good to see people doing well at that age. I'm a slave to corporate South Africa so way off a GTR and a mansion...More like an apartment and an Alfa. lol
