Being a student doesn't mean you not eligible. All I'm saying is I'd give preference to someone with a job and stable income

A 3 month minimum contract with the parents would probably sort out some issues.

We'll I would like to meet potential candidates first. Glad you can afford the rent. That's what I like to hear. Only additional rental requirement will be one months rental as deposit. If you want to start the "process" just PM me your contact details.
