the crap had just hit the fan. Fungai was leaving the immediate vicinity. every story has three sides. As do most hijackings have three robbers involved. Hurrah for the captain. This is why Zing left the police.

If someone is threatening my or anyone else's life first prize is to kill them. If there is more than one it is absolutely essential that some of them be killed.Obviously first prize is to wound the aggressor.
They certainly do pose an immediate danger. Better to kill them while they're across the room. In my case I'd have to go across the room and kill them with my bare hands. There you see they were actually close by, and with a knife. A clear case of an immediate threat.Someone who is across the room waving a knife at you does not pose and immediate and imminent danger to you.
Considering that there are other people in the house it would be imperative that I kill the attacker before they harm anyone else.Even if that person has already stabbed you and is leaving you, and you have the strength to get your firearm and then track down the thug, you may not shoot if he is running away. You will go to jail.
Well thats true... If i had a Porsche also... can it be black?
Do people actually think that is the case? Weird. I read the laws with regard to self defense. There is no truth in the long-held belief that a property owner may shoot someone merely for trespassing
It's so good to know that when someone points a gun at me while trying to rob me that they don't really intend to shoot me. I can safely ignore their orders then.the suspects posed no threat to no-one and the gun was produced as a last resort to deter the victim and it therefore is imperative that the gun was not to shoot her but to get her to obey the order to hand over her ring.
Zing the only problems in shooting to wound is that you may still kill the person if you inadvertently hit a vital area, the suspect may still pose a threat such as in this case where the hijacker who was shot and still held on to his gun and most people will shoot for the centre mass as this is the easiest shot.

I don’t think this is correct; I will look for the relevant reference
Albreth I never claimed that trespassing was a schedule 1 offence, it is the Criminal Procedures Act and is does apply
Section 49 of the Criminal Procedure Act, 1977, provides that, where a person is to be arrested for one of the serious Schedule 1 offences or for attempting to commit one of those offences and the arrester, whether a police officer, a private individual or someone assisting in the arrest, 'cannot arrest him or prevent him from fleeing by other means than by killing him, the killing shall be deemed to be justifiable homicide'.
One question.... was the hijackers gun loaded?
I know the reservist wouldnt have known but I want to....![]()
Yip its crap laws...
I threw a Medium sized Viro lock at some would be robber running down our drive way... he had no gun but I still threw the lock at him...
Broke his chin and lots of teeth.
I'm sure he checked the hijackers gun for bullets, loaded extra just in case the hijacker didn't stand a fair chance in a gun fight, switched the hijacker's safety to off, gave him a written warning signed in tri-duplicate, apologised for being pigmently-challenged and therefore a racist and then shot him in cold blood. Poor hijacker deserved to be treated with such respect, even if he did not respect others and threaten to kill innocent people. Good people should let bad people get away with crime.
Actually he should have shot him centre and then for a encore a headshot. I would have done the booming voice effect "HEADSHOT" and clapped for him had I been there.
I think the lady in the Porsche bumped the "hijacker" and the reservist being the hero he is created this whole scene and blackmailed the Porsche lady into having after hour liasons with him.

No, hes a troll because he called a man a terrorist [does Ishlove go around killing black criminals everyday? yes/no, well "SINGISWATIM" doesn't know that and has no grounds for calling Islove a terrorist] and due to the fact that he writes incoherently. Trolls take normal valid points and mix them with farfetched crap...
(I don't know why people
believe guys who advise on stock options and retirement annuities
are experts at thinking under pressure)
Isn't the US introducing a shoot first ask questions later policy, should a suspect be armed - maybe we could get lessons?
EDIT: well, except for Marc Ishlove, of course![]()
