STAY AWAY FROM HOME CONNECT, it has been over a month of bad service getting less than half my speed I am charged for. I have to call in and spend hours on the phone tring to sort it out with nothing done. then they send a new router that is faulty and once again I have to call in, the never reply to the in app complaints or to there emails and they say they will call you back and the never do. they just put the speed up when they want to and you must just pay or pay a massive cancelation fee. when asking o speak to a manager you get refused. STAY AWAY you pay your ass off for nothing.
