I have been informed at 140 that I can't activate the same topup data bundle twice in one month'on 1 sim.
This is still a problem. I just tried to convert R400 of airtime to a 3GB data bundle and again got: "You request could not be processed at this time."
Ok so let me get this right, I need to request for a data bundle when I want to top up my black speed stick with say a R100
If so, dam I just stuffed up as I bought R100's Air time, thinking it will be converted to data.... yeah I know blond move.
Oh well, back to the shops I go

After numerous attempts to have my problem sorted, I find myself very despondent. I recharged with R400 on Saturday the 14_05_2010, then called your technical support They tried to convert the R400 into a 3GIG data bundle. The system showed it is in a pending status.I called yesterday for an update using my reference number 1377454. Eventually after a number of attempts to your technical support, the status is still the same. I have just about given up. But I can't because there is R400 in the account and I don't want to purchase a smaller bundle denomination.
When, when will your billing system be fixed because in the beginning I could do it via *147# menu. I been told it is being investigated....this is some months later. I cannot call your call center every time I want a conversion done.It's not the easiest place to get through. Now I am in the calling queue for 15 minutes waiting for technical support
because i see this morning the balance of R400 is still not converted.
This is definitely poor service from your company.
