how to cancel mweb uncapped

Because i am allowed to ? And let users who are thinking about moving to this service to rather have second thoughts and find out the cons against it.
 
This is ridiculous MWEB. Up and down, up and down, up and down. If you cant get other capacity and provide service while Seacom is down then I want to cancel with immediate effect. No 30 days notice.

I was able to cancel without notice. Took a bit of wrangling thou
 
The Unshaped Product doesint better your pings, its exactly the same with exactly the same performance.

+1 I have no problems with gaming. Get 230ms to EU HoN servers. Now not so much but it's only 8 days without playing games.. not exactly the end of the world
