How to create Windows 10 ISO from USB drive?

I downloaded a Windows 10 ISO and created USB installation media. Then I accidentally deleted the ISO, how can I create an ISO from the USB drive, or alternatively, store the files so I can use it again later? I've used the install.esd to ISO method previously from a downloaded Windows 10 installation but there is only an install.wim on the USB drive.

There must be still hidden folder in the C:\ with 'esd' files. Use "esd-decrypter-wimlib-6.7z", google for the link.

If esd files are gone, then you can create image file from the USB stick using RMPrepUSB, PowerISO (Rufus probably do it as well). It will be not an ISO file, but you can use the same utility to restore content of the stick from the image.

Alternatively backup all files from the USB stick, run setup.exe when needed. Only problem you have to boot from Windows to do so.

Rather download the latest esd and create an iso from --> http://pastebin.com/ynAtgSVg
