hundred pushups program

I've looked at this a couple of times, I should probably start sometime.

Freaking flu :(

Sounds like bootcamp.
100 sit ups.
Run 800m
100 Push ups
Run 800m
100 burpies
Run 800m
100 Squats
Run 800m

Continue for an hour and a half.

Sounds like a normal saturday afternoon for me... Though throw in 15min of skipping as well... Burpees is a good one, will improve your stamina, strength and flexibility drastically

Lots of people are doing this, which motivates me even more :D

yip and great when you need a push, later on if we are experiencing good success will perhaps get more members going etc :D
 
I have started, I am having rest day's in between as the program says I must, are you guys also?

I'm also doing the 200 situps one, and going to get a pullup bar and do the pullup one too!

Where do you get a pull up bar? I assume the one you fit in a door frame. That's what I am looking for.

verimark/glomail/homemark store, dunno what it is called any more :p but they normally have a section in game etc

So i did it and i managed 14 :D.

good stuff, now keep going with it :) and let us know how you progress.
