hundred pushups program

Was repeating week 3, couldn't do the final "do as many pushups as possible but minimum 22"
 
Did my 2'nd exhaustion test yesterday, managed 36, into week 5 column 2 I go (and it looks scary). @.@
 
Week 4 complete.
On the final sets I'm getting closer and closer to not doing the minimum number. Managed 42 now when the minimum was 40 for that last one.

Onto week 5 now. I guess I'll end up repeating something there. Of course I'll do the exhaustion test on Friday.

fine...so started then, did day one, ahhhhh the pain...BTW I managed 8 in the test, AWESOME!!

I'm two days behind... Been so busy and, well, struggling to get motivated...

I'll do it tonight though. If I can't do the minimum of the last set, I'm going to drop to coloumn 2...

Which column are you doing? Maybe drop a column, it will make it easier to progress to week 4 I think... I'm probably gonna do it dude...
 
I've been stuck with week 5 collumn 2 for a while... IT IS EVIL

Yeah dude, wow, got owned for day 1, I managed the first set, but just knew I couldn't do the rest, so I dropped a column and did the rest of those sets. Think I'll keep re-doing day 1 until I can complete all sets without having to drop a column, then I'll continue with day 2.

I'm also on week 1 day 2 column 2 for squats and week 1 day 1 column 2 for sit-ups. :D
