lol, no no one here, 2 guys are on week 6 but it gets incredibly difficult and weeks sometimes need to be redone to get form right or complete the sets properly, why dont you join?

I can see a big difference in the pecs and arms

Yeah,sure there is but buy online,last thing you want to do is pitch and tickets are sold out (Saw this happen last year).
