hundred pushups program

I'll ask here as well - anyone interested in joining me on fitocracy...

Week 4 is rough ...day1 u do total of 97, then day2 = 113 and day3 = 130 !!

here goes all or nothing ....
 
Week 4 is just insane! :p

I was on week 4 about 2 weeks back. My arms would just cave in.
All I have been doing for the last 2 weeks is Week 3 Day 3 over and over. I must admit I am very pleased with the amount of chest I have built over the last 6 weeks.
I never had any chest on me before. I was flat-chested :p Since I started the program I now actually have some chest muscle. Great stuff
 
Completed week 4 col 1 day 2 this morning. It is sooo much easier than week 5 was -

Seems my new approach is working :)
 
I'm also taking the plunge and starting the program today. Will see how it goes. I did the test and can manage 20 push ups although I almost died :P
 
Jeez, I am on week4, and I don't feel like I have much chest muscles to speak of. Tho I started the programme on week 3. Gym and other stuff has halted my progress on this challenge.
 
Ryan411 - consistency is key - doing it every week for many weeks makes a difference...

yip and it at first will be like having a new puppy, you wont notice the growth but others that don't see you every day will until eventually you do.
 
Finished week 4 col 1 day 3 today.

Total pushups this week : 215.

Total pushups to date : 5244
 
i'm on week 5 day 1 column 3. I'll be on this schedule for a week or 2 or until I'm comfortable! Its hectic but doable
 
Apache that is impressive - good luck for day 2 :P I remember how that killed me when I first tried
 
I guess I'll have to go backwards a bit. Been unable to do pushups for the past 5 weeks due to a hand injury, need another week still :(
Who knew ice skating was such a dangerous sport :p
 
keep it up guys, i am starting gym again on Monday with a buddy but once more fit and settled in will use the off days to go running and do pushups.

also need to start eating better and cut down smoking.

I've started eating better, and starting to get my exercise program going again.

Will start this again soon!
