You've convinced me to go hydroponic when I get my bonus - my vegies in my square foot garden are at least 1-2 months from harvesting![]()
are you only using hydroponics to start the tomato seedlings before transplanting them outside? or by outside do you mean into your hydro set-up?

It will yield more as well as not being so tall and lanky.
Most plants perform better once topped.

Had to add some support for the basil as the wind just blows it all over the place. Just used some simple plastic name tags which are working great!
