Actually, save the excuses for someone who cares. I think it's time to cancel my contract.

As always, the speed tests done with a 1MB Desktop Modem connected to a Flat Panel Antenna that's pointed at the nearest, least busy base station. No background programs that could interfere are running, and the MTU is set to 1392.
As a reference, this is a speed test I did back in February, shortly after iBurst sent out a technician who installed the flat panel antenna and optimised everything.

It's just not worth it anymore. I have gigs of data piling up that I can't use due to the horrendous speeds/connection. iBurst is, through their current policies, dictating how I use MY data. Steam and YouTube are basically a no-go, as is almost everything else. I'm throwing money at a useless company while getting nothing in return.
