Hi
I recently reinstalled windows 10 on my 64bit laptop new ssd drive. I backed up drive C and performed a clean install on the ssd.

Now I have another laptop, it runs windows 7 professional 32 bit, I am thinking of installing the backed up 64 bit drive C on the windows 7 Pro laptop, will this cause problems?

Problem with 1 licence windows 10 on 2 laptops?
Problem with 64 bit laptop back up on 32 bit windows 7 pro?

I just need to use windows 10 home on the old laptop cause it will also have ssd drive.

Restore usb is from hp i3 64 bit, windows home edition, 4 GB
upgrade is made on samsung rv510 laptop, 32 bit windows 7 pro, 4 GB ram

Please advice.
Can I restore windows on the samsung?

Maybe someone else should be doing that....

You should know that while you can no longer (some time already) upgrade win 7 to win 10, you can do a fresh install of windows 10 and activate it with the legal win 7 license. No need to duplicate nothing in terms of licensing. All legal, only you need to do a full install.

Your upgrade path is win10 Pro. No matter whether 32-bit or 64-bit from the licensing point of view. But during the upgrade use 32-bit version. When the upgrade is activated on MS servers, you can do clean installation of 64-bit version, it will activate the same as 32-bit version.

There is a way to shorten the upgrade process by running gatherosstate program from 32-bit ISO, that generate GenuineTicket xml certificate, then going directly to the clean installation of 64-bit version. Read posts on the forum if interested, including mine.
