iOS Outlook App

Does anybody make use of the Outlook app for iOS? I have been using it for years, since before it became Outlook but now have the following issue with my work mail account...

"You have 10 phone partnerships out of the maximum allowed 10 partnerships. After you reach the maximum, you can't create additional partnerships until you delete existing ones from your account. To do so, sign in to Outlook Web App, click Options > Phone > Mobile Phones, and delete any unused partnerships."

I have a single iPhone and an iPad, the suggestion they make to check partnerships does not exist in the app, their in App support function doesn't work either and I am yet to find another way to contact them.

Outlook Web App means go the the Outlook website, use the Ipad internet browser sign in and delete old unused phones. https://outlook.live.com/owa/

I don't have a Microsoft account, this is for a work email, so I get this...

"That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one."

Nope...

I have never signed up for Office365.
