SA price around ZAR 20 000, US price around $800 (ZAR13 000) est.

All guys in the media industry are biased, basically everyone that attended the Job's theatre yesterday...apple has this thing where if you want a relationship with them you can only say positive things about them; in other words, keep criticism to the minimum to show some authenticity. The same goes for product placement in Hollowood directors get annoyed at the restrictions apple places on them.

So with US prices of tech you want to multiply the price by 20; another way you could interpret the US prices is if a product costs $1099 the contract prices with Vodacom/mtn will be R1099/month over 24 months.
So pro series is $1099=R22/24k

I'm not gonna argue with you man; everything I've stated can be fact-checked...I doubt Linus went...most probably sent Anthony to represent him....also LTT reviews of apple products are usually done 2weeks to 2months after they go on retail...YouTubers like MKbhD and other mainstream YouTubers, will get sent review units, and their "reviews" will be released as soon as the devices go on retail.....but as always you get your tits in a wringer. So calm your tits.
