Incredible Connection has stock. I bought my 14 Pro Max Space Black from them 2 weeks ago.

Their website shows they still have stock apart from the 1TB model;

I also opted for the 256 version. I figured it would also help the resale value of my device in future and also, the camera just calls for more storage. I’m already on like 120 storage taken up by my apps and files already, I’d be having major buyers remorse if I went for 128gb
 
Saw a post today that if you want to buy the iPhone 14 Pro Max as a Christmas gift you might get it in February if you place your order now o_O

Where did you see that post? I'd be sceptical, if only because I'm not sure anyone can predict the iPhone supply with any accuracy. It's all being held up by Chinese Covid lockdowns as far as I'm aware. Those could ease or relent entirely at any time.
