Completely happy with my new 4S and I got it quite recently. Of course if I can persuade my 4-year old son (who faces a brilliant career in the SABS, testing things to destruction) that mommy's dumbphone really needs some stress-testing, I will reluctantly hand it down and spend the month's grocery money on a new 5.

I would, but I still have a year on my 4S contract, so will probably just wait for the 6?

Knowing Apple, they will upgrade their camera and call it the iPhone 5S. You will have to wait 2 years for the iPhone 6.

You'r on the iPhone "S" track if you upgrade every 21 months so it will be 5S and 6S for you. The "S" track is the better one to be on. Let others help Apple sort out the deficiencies of the original non-"S" models first.

Or if you prefer Samsung's 'make the screen larger and call it the Galaxy 4' approach it's also fine.
