Once you've tried that you realise how much heat a rack generates....They bought a fan from Makro and aimed it at the rack.
I will neither deny or confirm that the above has been my goto mitigation.

I've tried many stupid things in data centres and will probably write a story about it.
I'll update my CV with all that experience and probably never work in IT ever again.

Disconnect and switch off for 10 minutes.
10 mins is a hell of a long time.. but I did it.

Swopped the Juniper router so that the it was facing the cold aisle in the right direction?

Support just replied and has seen that its wrong on OS and requested a change.. crisis (hopefully) averted.

Anydesk is a joke for professional services. I have a corporate license and refuse to use Anydesk. I would rather wait out the outage...
