IS Shaping traffic/ Network Problems

I can't even get into Gmail to fscking complain about this ****. Is this what we pay a fortune for??? How incompetent are you people???
 
Anyone heard what is going on with IS yet? Pinging Google gets me a round trip time of 2 seconds with an 83% packet loss.

What really annoys me is the lack of information from ISPs and/or IS about the matter.

Disgusting.
 
Well my international is fine last few days, degraded a bit last night, things like MSN are unusable for me, can't sign in. Only way I manage to sign in is to VPN into my office network first.

I've asked WebAfrica to move me to a SAIX service.
