Here I am at work, I just got a call from Mr Thabiso Mkhize at Telkom. Apparently by me participating in Telkom's research regarding uncapped packages a few weeks ago. I am now possibly going to be starting their new uncapped trial within the next two weeks.

Is this a joke? A prank I have no idea:wtf:

I got a similar call.
Seeing as I am close to an exchange, they wanted me to see how much I could download during different periods from fileshare networks, streaming and torrents and at the same time determine whether online gaming is still bearable.
At the moment I have to compile a list of content I would download which mainly consiste of linux distros and freeware. As I cannot violate any laws during this time.
It's kinda boring actually as they havent given me any word as to what I will get in return.

Free uncapped ?

There is plenty of stuff you can test though, besides distro's

Streaming from various video sites, games from places like Steam (Play/download), live updates

You actually were telling the truth. Apparently I am going to be on the 10mb uncapped trial. So I may only invite 1 other person on the trial. Please PM me if you are serious.
Stupid date for Telkom to start this, oh well nothing surprises me about them.
