Then you want the Samsung, it's not possible to change the region on the LG to access Netflix etc.

Edit: Remember if you buy the new Samsung you get 1TB of premium ADSL data from Vox.

I read online about how great the Samsung smart remote is but I have to say seeing is believing, I can just imagine how bad the smart experience would be if you had to use a normal remote, but with this thing everything is a breeze and makes things super fast, just place your thumb on the touchpad and point and click.
 
It was R14999 at Game on promotion until the 7th.
I have seen some of the series 5 TVs with Smart Hub and no 3D.

On another note, i was slightly worried when moving from my old plasma to this new LED LCD but I'm no longer concerned about the picture quality, I watched a compilation GoPro made entirely shot in 4K with the new Hero4 and it was amazing, i just had to change a few things but now I have deep ink like blacks, fresh snow whites and vivid vibrant colours.

5 Series = 50Hz / 100 CMR
6 Series = 100Hz / 200CMR

But the chances that you'll even use anything above stock 50Hz are slim, unless you're happy with the Soap Opera Effect - http://www.cnet.com/news/what-is-the-soap-opera-effect/.

The Motion Plus etc. is the first thing I turn off when getting a new TV, it's the worst feature the TV makers ever added.

And every once in a blue moon I will be at someone's house and see they have it turned on and they tell me they don't see anything wrong.
