Game has the Samsung UA40D6000 on promotion for R7999 including a Samsung Blu-Ray player.
Quite a good deal IMO
 
Guys, how does the 40d550 compare to the often raved about 32d550 when used as a monitor?

P.s. size isnt an issue, it going to be used from quite far.

And whats the average "good" price on the 40d550.
 
I got myself the Samsung PS43D490 & the kids are bugging me for 3D glasses.
Anyone know of any specials out there?

Ok so I see from this thread ppl tend to prefer brand names (sony, samgsung etc) over non brand (hisense, sinotech etc)
But I saw a 50" sinotech plasma phd-50pd13 at makro that interests me.
Anyone got one of these or some pros and cons?

I have a hisense 40 inch full hd lcd,and the picture is clearer than a sinotec 40inch full hd lcd.But then again they both are not as clear as an equivalent Samsung model.

Don't get me wrong they still pretty good and use able but not as good as the samsungs/lg's/sony's of this world.
 
Hi guys,

Does anyone know of any current specials on the Samsung LA32D550? Game have it listed for R4K on their latest brochure which is quite a bit more than the December pricing. Foto discount world have it for R3799 but I don't think they have a branch in Cape Town - could Game's price beat still apply?
