Yes, entry level FHD. Mid range starts at 6 Series.
4 - 5 Series = entry
6 - 7 Series = mid
8 = high
IMHO.
Ok, entry level for samsung. I see entry level as Hisense etc.

Yeah, its entry level crap. Go for a Samsung Series 4 Plasma and forget that special. The series suggests its entry level but in reality that TV is high end at a low end price and outperforms any LCD and LED on the market! Anyone who doesn't buy it is a complete retard.

Not sure what you are arguing?
Are you arguing that 5 Series LCD is not entry level (which it is)?
What has plasma got to do with this?
Are you arguing that 4 Series plasma does not give an overall better picture quality than 5 Series LCD (that would not correlate with the masses of user experiences on this forum)?
If I didn't think it was sarcasm I would have interpreted your statement literally, smart arse.
So there is no argument behind your sarcasm?
Trolling & disrupting as usual then, huh.
Your HD PVR should be set to 1080i. HD PVR is 1080i, not 720p.
Why 1080i? Isn't HD signal 720p?
And interlaced is worse than progressive?
HD PVR changed from 720p to 1080i.
Yeah, nothing we can do about it.
For a FHD TV 1080i is better. When the HDMI input res matches that of the TV's native res, you get the sharpest/clearest picture (just like with PCs when the GPUs output matches the monitors native res). See my recommendations earlier in the thread.:wtf:
oh ok...
