Any HD content looks "awesome" on a HDTV. What are you viewing? What are you upgrading from?

Sorry, I can't help it, when people say entry level TVs are "awesome".

I might be wrong, but is this really entry level?
Brand: SAMSUNG

Yes, entry level FHD. Mid range starts at 6 Series.

4 - 5 Series = entry

6 - 7 Series = mid

8 = high

IMHO.

Ok, entry level for samsung. I see entry level as Hisense etc.

Yeah, its entry level crap. Go for a Samsung Series 4 Plasma and forget that special. The series suggests its entry level but in reality that TV is high end at a low end price and outperforms any LCD and LED on the market! Anyone who doesn't buy it is a complete retard.

Not sure what you are arguing?

Are you arguing that 5 Series LCD is not entry level (which it is)?

What has plasma got to do with this?

Are you arguing that 4 Series plasma does not give an overall better picture quality than 5 Series LCD (which would not correlate with the masses of user experiences on this forum)?

If I didn't think it was sarcasm I would have interpreted your statement literally, smart arse.

So there is no argument behind your sarcasm? Trolling & disrupting as usual then, huh.

And please don't misrepresent my position (lie).

:wtf:
oh ok...
For a FHD TV 1080i is better. When the HDMI input res matches that of the TV's native res, you get the sharpest/clearest picture (just like with PCs when the GPUs output matches the monitors native res). See my recommendations earlier in the thread.

not sure if this is the right place to post this, but on my Samsung LED D6600 when I got the tv a week ago I have configured wifi and the tv updated the firmware, and when I started Samsung Smart TV internet the tv updated the Smart Tv App. I setup the AccuWeather app, News24, etc and all works perfectly... but when I try to use the web browser the tv says it's "connecting" for a long time but nothing happens. help please?
