Have found a potential solution. My magneto LED lamp has given up the ghost because the battery refuses to hold a reasonable amount of charge. To avoid chucking the whole thing away, I have tried finding 6V lithium ion batteries that will last longer than the LA batteries currently inside the thing, but they don't seem to exist.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a good light or lamp with a lithium battery backup?
Not too sure, but it might need a buck converter though as the Vp could go as high as 7.2V.
